There are a bunch of others but I can't remember their titles so I'll start with these

I have a few that I enjoyed:
"Fate/Kalied Liner Prisma Illya" 3 seasons worth of action
"Citrus" is really hot
"Ouran Koukou Host Club" has some edgy comedy moments and just all around good anime.
"Neo Angelique Abyss" is not queer but it's a reverse harem which may also interest you.

I'm glad someone beat me to saying Ranma 1/2, that was one of the classic benders that I grew up with. Tho most (all?) of it's characters claim strait.
