that happens to me too i think its js a bug since they still updating the website

I am not sure why it does this, but I've noticed this issue on a few different pages. When I click next, it just reloads the same first page. It used to do that for me on the Seasonal Anime pages, but I'm glad that's been fixed with these new updates!
