whatever i upload to it just keeps showing blank no matter the format, i tried reseting it to the default miku but it also stays blank, and uploading it doesnt work either, not sure what to do

Could you please let me know what device/ browser you've used so far and if the same thing happens from all of them ? As a first measure I would advise to clear your browser's cache, log back in, and try one more time. If the issue persists, I will need more details and escalate the issue
