Synopsis
Alternate title: Library Wars The Media Improvement Act was put in place to stop the spread of negative influences of society by media. The opposing Library Protection Act protects the freedom of expression and places documents under their protection. 30 years after these changes, the two factions engage in military action. Kasahara Iku joined the Library Corps because of an encounter while she was in high school. Toshokan Sensou follows the involvement of herself and those around her in the "Library Wars".
