For recent shows, Watari kun no XX was pretty good. Satsuki is such a waifu.

For classics, "Kimi no Todoke" and "Toradora" are like must watch.

+1 for Toradora, a personal favourite of mine as well

If you haven't watched, I would recommend Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii. There's this adult vibe that you don't find very often in romance anime

Is there any subgenre or type of romance that you particularly like ? e.g fantasy, comedy, slice of life, highschool / first love kind of vibe ?
