How does one change their profile picture? How can I change my gender? I'm tired of being refered to as 'he'. And why doesn't the help button work? Everything I click on won't work.

Sorry about that.
I am still working on the other personal information for the beta site.
but for changing profile you can go to your profile then click the "..." at the upper left of your cover image.
For the missing links let me fix those. i forgot about them.
