Kanokon is way more ecchi than romance... I mean, I think it's a good show, but...
I was gonna suggest Sakurasou Pet na Kanojo too.
Highly recommend:
Especailly Higashi no Eden, it must be watched, but the other ones... It depends on what you like.
Stuff like Oregairo...??

Kimi ni Todoke! its really cute! I watched it when it was first released but I rewatched it now and oh my god its really cute! definitely a slow burn but its funny, fluffy, and cute! definitely worth giving it a try! :)
